Welcome to the website of the Institute of Transport, which, along with five other units, belongs to the Faculty of Civil and Transport Engineering of the Poznań University of Technology. The Institute of Transport was established in January 2020 by merging divisions previously operating in other organizational units of the Faculty, i.e. the Institute of Combustion Engines and the Institute of Machines and Motor Vehicles. The Institute of Transport includes the divisions of Transport Systems, Rail Transport and Universal Design and Mobility.

Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej przyznała, w programie SPINAKER, Wydziałowi Inżynierii Lądowej i Transportu (Instytut Transportu) dofinansowanie do międzynarodowego projektu pt. “Opracowanie i realizacja IMPK dla specjalistów z zakresu inżynierii transportu szynowego” INSPIRE (BPI/SPI/2021/1/00052/U/00001), w ramach którego w latach 2022-2023 zrealizowane zostaną kursy dydaktyczne dla zagranicznych studentów i doktorantów.
